Sharp 37XD1E, Red blurring , how do you access service menu?

Very good website.

My present LCD is a Sharp 37XD1E

I have read about this service menu, but how exactly do you access it?
Or is my LCD screen faulty?

Very good picture, let down by an awful red blur or halo around dark moving objects, especially skin tones and blacks.
I am running PS3 and Xbox 360 via HDMI, as well as watching freeview. You mainly get this problem on freeview, PS3 on either games or blu ray, some times it can take a yellow tint around objects, the main problem being obvious with freeview, where you get red streaks in the picture, such as some ones face, you get red streak all over, almost as though the red transistors are not quicker enough to switch off, thus leaving a red trail, most apparent around lips, eyes and the face (When moving). I rescently bought Call of Duty 4 on the PS3 (Great game) yes, you get red halos around dark and fast moving objects, if they are static, it is fine, but when you move you get red streaks/halo around them. These symptoms are apparent from the DvD player, either via scart or from PS3 (HDMI)

I used to have a sony bravia LCD which was 32" with 720p resolution.
Had no problems with that one, I know it is different resolution than my present one. Still if sony can get it right on their sony LCD 1080p screens, why not Sharp.

Other than that, great picture
Would be 9/10 but because of this issue, I would give it 6/10

I would appreciate any idea's
