Hello guy's

this is my first post so please take it easy ;D

I am looking for a good quality TV - i would like it to be at least 37" but preferably bigger.  Mostly the TV will be used for watching sport, footbal, golf, rugby etc

Im really not sure what to go for be it LCD or Plasma - can you help me out :)

Budget would be in the sub 1k mark.

Plasmas are generally better for sports than LCDs due to better motion handling.

Have you tried our HDTV selector? I would imagine that Panasonic and Samsung would be among the choices.
