TX-P42V20B or E - what is the difference, and will we get 46" equivalent?

I am excited about the new TX-P42V20 but am coming across 2 versions with the model 'number' ending in either B or E - what is the difference?  Also, I see Panasonic are only releasing the V series in either 42" or 50"; are they intending to release a 46" - if so when and if not, is there a reason why?

B stands for British and E stands for European model.
