Can't make my mind up for tonight, Silent Running, Greatful Dead At The Manchester Morgue or The Crazies (Romero Original). ???
Crazies  ;)
I like both versions.
For me its Final Fantasy 7:Advent Children (may 2d to 3d it) and a gaming session.
Tomorrow night its BATB (at long last) with the wife.

Nice 1, my Mum will be pleased  ;)LOL!
Just gotta put the little one to bed at around 7 then its BATB time  ;)

Watched the original Crazies last night and thought it was not one of Romero's best, but still a must have for collectors or fans of his films.
PQ was actually pretty good in places and probably the best it is going to look due to the budget and original film stock used. AQ on the whole was poor but again this was down to the budget and the year it was made (1973).
Supplements were a little sparse but there is a half decent interview with Lynn Lowry one of the stars of the film and a audio commentary by the director George A. Romero.
All in all then a must have for Romero fans (me) others might not be so taken by it. :)

Try play as you wont have to pay postage with play.com, you will if the BR from Amazon isnt direct from amazon.  ;)

Seems blurays dont hold there value for long. At work Star Wars boxset went from 65 to 44 quid. With my discount that makes it £40.
Might wait till after Xmas to see if it drops somemore. ;)
