I purchased a UE32D552 two days ago.
Positives
Nice looking TV
Lightweight
Sits very well in the corner of the room
Picture quality is good
Negatives
1) The internet stuff is a bit rubbish - watching iplayer or youtube doesnt work very well (works fine on my iphone and PC). Typing into youtube is also tiresome. Wasnt worth purchasing the WIFI stick.
2) Sound quality isnt very good, sounds cheap
3) Freeview element wasnt very good compared to the 32" LG i have upstairs, it doesnt seem to give you much info on the TV channels and it clumped TV and Radio intogther - it now doesnt work at all (initially picked up 17 digital channels, now nothing) - the response from comet was it was my aerial lead - i can tell you that after trying three different leads, three different aerias (one at another property) and two of the three leads working fine on LG & Toshiba TV's it isnt the aerial.
Lots of glamour on the box, nice looking TV, but after using it i prefer my LG LCD TV upstairs! (which was a similar price two years ago purchased from Richer Sounds).
I'm off to Comet tomorrow morning as according to the useless "Customer Services" advisor who blames my cables, within 72 hours of purchase I have to take it back to store.
