Well i dont know about you guys, The cloak and dagger approach at CES is pants tbh, Although i think this year 'could' see some rather fine TV's  :o. I'm smitten with several already but Proof will be in the Reveiws i guess plus the 'owners threads' .

All i want is a 60" Panel with good motion, Excellent shadow Detail, good blacks and NO Buzzing  :P, Is that to much to ask  ??? LOL  :D
I think out of all that Ive seen LG have impressed me the most, they have been quite open about there tvs and there presentations have been very good.  ;)

Black level diiference in plasma tech 2011 to 2012:

Then it hits 1000hrs goes a light grey with DODs  :P

I'll wait and see what happens. Be interesting if gamma is stable when taking readings from normal windows and if there is green splats and DODs, Mll rises and floating blacks.

IPS Alpha panels used to have wider viewing angles, then it dropped due to cost cutting measure. Now it seems they have set things right again.

I noticed poor veiwing angles on the LCD's when they became LED lit rather than CCFL, It made me think that was the actual cause, If the new DT and WT50 LCD's have good off axis veiwing plus manage to have good black levels in a darkened room they could be very successful. I think the WT is panasonics nicest looking TV to date  :)
