Image Enhancement Invention

Hi , I'm a brand new member to this forum, and I want to bring my 2D TV converter to the attention of those who may be able to take me to the next step. T his is quite different to all other systems to date. It comes with a very distinct dna of it's own. Hopeful of a reply.
