I am waiting for my Panasonic ST50. In the meantime, I am looking for a colorimeter, hoping to get the best possible experience with my future plasma TV.
To be honest, I don't have much money left — anything above £200 will be hard to reach. It seems to exclude CalMAN, Chromapure and other high-end solutions — plus, this software does not work with Mac OS.
Spyder4TV HD, from Datacolor
, seems to be an interesting way to go. Affordable, user friendly and Mac OS compatible. The question is, is it a good product? Will it deliver satisfying results — will there be a significant improvement over the default settings provided by Panasonic, which are pretty good according to reviews?
P.S. English not being my native language, please accept my apologies for any grammatical mistake.
