Might seem like a daft question, does anyone know (David) if you can calibrate say an iPad? ???
Unless theres a app mate I dont think so. My Samsung Galaxy S2 has 3 presets Standard, Dynamic and Movie. Guess what I picked.  :P

Perhaps there's a service mode where you can adjust Greyscale and Gamma etc.

I saw measurements of the latest iPad and it's very good in terms of Greyscale, Gamma and Gamut. The old ones had poor colour reproduction (power saving requirements apparently).

Looks like a nice little tablet Barry, good user reviews. There was one tablet that scored well in a test recently but I forget what it was  :chin:, I have to say I wouldn't want to be without a tablet now. I think it may have been the Tesco 'huddle'
