i have recently bought this 3dtv and when playing 3d files from external hdd or usb stick, all play but only a few give me the 3d options to select sbs or ou and on the others the 3d option is like a no entry sign, im unaware whether it is to do with the encoding used to make the 3d file, ive tried both mkv and mp4 format and neither makes a difference, generally all kids animation films work fine bar a few but i have tried a few other films namely transformers dark of the moon and underworld and neither give the 3d option, any help or pointers if im doing anything wrong would be appreciated. many thanks kev

Quick update playing files through ps3 and all seems well can select 3d options on all that I have attempted to play at the moment, although still puzzled as to why they won't play  through usb on telly alone??
