i'm planing to install one outdoor..

It is pretty dangerous, since you can short-circuit the power supply in TV and fire the party up or get electric shock hazard. Best case scenario is that TV will get dead when soaked.
That's definitely a no-go for any consumer TV, unless it is a model designed specifically for waterproof/outdoor usage.
