Philips 46PFL3807H/12
« on: 18 September 2013, 04:36:58 PM »

Hi,

I recently bought a Philips 46PFL3807H/12 and I have been searching for the best configs for image but I can't find anything.

I find the sharpness to be exagerated but it's already at 0 (maybe i missed some hidden config?). I notice this speacially in games from PS3

Does anyone have some good configs?

Thanks

Hi

Welcome to the forum.

If the Philips 8008 I'm testing currently is any indication, your 3807 probably has undefeatable edge enhancement too, which can only be eradicated by engaging [Game] or [Computer] mode.

Warmest regards
Vincent

That was my experience with 2012-2013 Philips models. Game/Computer modes are the only way of getting a pure dot-by-dot picture without any unwanted sharpness processing.

Hi,

Thanks for the replys!

I've tried the PC Mode but i lose the colors. The picture gets smoother but the colors have no "life" and the color settings are disabled.

I read that is possible to lower the sharpness setting trough service mode, does anyone tried this?

Thanks
