Toshiba is quite responsive in terms of input lag, probably a small bit faster than H6400.
But I'd go with Samsung, it's just better in many ways. Latest Toshiba models are quite buggy and "cheap" in the overall feeling.
You may setup Samsung for console games and PC just fine, it'll take some efforts, though.

Samsung is OK. Toshiba was bad. Wait for 2015 models, you will get high dynamic range, true 120 Hz panels and rec 2020 colors. Full HD will also drop at record low levels.

120hz real iTS An adventage? I Was think that the output was maximum 60hz. Only dvi suport More? But what price? This two models its about 450euros.
Then prefer samsung? Any samsung better lag that 6400?
Thanks

You're right, current video sources are 60Hz max (except for PC). You don't need to worry about anything higher than 60Hz.
I think other Samsung models won't have a distinct advantage in lag. They rarely go below 33 ms anyway.

Obviously, not on a 450 euro TV with 40-42" size. You only confuse people with such advices.

http://www.3dmaniak.pl/63304/toshiba-40l5435dg-test-telewizora/
but Xerox say thas itīs bad and better samsung, how you say, i need to see the money for spend, and now i cannot more that 700€, and i think that the new 120hz was more expensive.
how i say after i need to buy out of my city for good price, about gosthing and other effects can you now if itīs similar? and for use a extra glasses , can i use others? (i want to modifi for dual play)
