Hi guys,

Looking to replace my Samsung LE37C530 which I've been using as a PC monitor for almost 4 years now. Did some digging and found out the KDL42W705B has the best input lag and decent black levels for an LCD. Is there any other LCD with black levels under 0.04 cd, low input lag and similar price?

Should I get a new LCD now or just wait for a 42" OLED to pop up next year? Heard they are shrinking the sizes and consquently the prices for OLEDs in 2015 so maybe a 42" would be decently priced soon? Was looking for Chinese OLED screens but can't find any of these in Europe  :(

Sony KDL42W705B native 50Hz, so dont buy it. Xbox one and PS4 are 60Hz so you will miss 10pictures in second. I think KDL50W828/829 are native 100Hz, so it is better for gaming.
