10 bit and Rec.2020 are coming for sure. I wouldn't write off HDR or FALD either. A few reasons:

1. HDR encoded content will be coming next year (there is already an HDR version of Gravity ready to go). Manufacturers will want to make sure their 2015 sets (at least the flagships) can support this tech.

2. The Vizio Reference Series has Dolby HDR built in. Samsung and the other big companies would be stupid to let Vizio get a one up on them in such a key area.

3. Most HDR technology requires the use of FALD in order to work properly.

With that in mind, I think the flagship models (or the top 3) will definitely have wide color (by using Quantom Dots), HDR and true backlit LED with local dimming.
